Cancellation: Cancel anytime — no penalty. Your active listings stay live until the end of your current billing month, then deactivate.
Replacing sold inventory: Yes. Remove a sold listing and add a new one at any time without extra charge — within your plan's listing limit.
Downgrading: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan and have more active listings than your new limit allows, you choose which listings to keep. Excess listings are deactivated, not deleted — you can reactivate them if you upgrade again.
Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately; you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Rejected listings: If a listing is removed for violating our terms, no refund is issued for any unused period. Please review our listing guidelines before posting.
Refund policy: Monthly subscriptions are not refundable for partial months. The one-time plan fee is non-refundable after your listing goes live.

The Starter plan makes sense if you expect your machine to sell quickly (within 1–2 months) or if you plan to rotate multiple machines through a single listing slot. If your equipment typically takes 3+ months to sell, the $100 one-time plan is the better value — it's cheaper from month 4 onward and never expires.
Yes. On any monthly plan, your listing allowance is for active listings. When one machine sells, deactivate that listing and list your next piece at no extra charge — within your plan's active-listing limit.
Your active listings remain live until the end of your current billing month. After that they are deactivated. You retain your account and can reactivate listings by resubscribing.
If you downgrade and have more active listings than the new plan allows, you'll be asked to choose which ones to keep active. Listings above the new limit are deactivated (not deleted) and can be reactivated if you upgrade again.
The fee is 3% of the final sale price, with a minimum of $300. Examples: a $5,000 sale = $300 fee; a $20,000 sale = $600 fee; a $100,000 sale = $3,000 fee. The fee is only charged after the sale closes — if the equipment never sells, you owe nothing.
On List It Yourself plans, buyer inquiries are sent directly to your email address. On Consign With Us, our team receives and responds to inquiries on your behalf, then connects you with serious buyers.
Yes. You can cancel the consignment at any time by providing 15 days' written notice. Note: if you decline a qualifying full-price offer or back out of a signed purchase agreement, our fee may still apply — see the consignment agreement for details.
Monthly plans renew on the same date each month. You'll receive a reminder email before renewal. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically until you cancel. The one-time plan is a single charge.
